By accessing our website or engaging our specialized implementation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Fin Ultima provides specialized architecture and implementation services for digital banking platforms (specifically Temenos). The scope of work is defined in individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
The Service and its original content (excluding client data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fin Ultima. Our methodologies for banking implementation are proprietary.
We adhere to strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Any client data shared during consultation or implementation is treated with the highest level of confidentiality typical of the banking sector.
In no event shall Fin Ultima, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
